Let TECAS plan your process or just parts of it. Increase your productivity by having your processes and NC programs optimized by TECAS. Before you spend too much money on software you should contact TECAS. Training is tailored to your requirements, TECAS comes to your premises and trains on your equipment on site From the expert status for multi-tasking machines it also follows that TECAS has a lot of experience with the technology of complex parts from aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, energy and more. In particular, TECAS is an expert in the field of crankshaft manufacturing. The experience ranges from small crankshafts of Moto-GP and FORMULA1 over NASCAR to the largest monolithic marine crankshafts with raw part weights of 50 tons.

TECAS has two customer groups. On the one hand the users of the machines and on the other hand machine manufacturers who also rely on the experience of TECAS. For example, TECAS offers training on WFL Millturm machines. Customers who have such a machine sometimes need a refresher or there are new operators who need training on a WFL Millturn or other machines with Siemens control. Due to the long lifetime of a WFL Millturn, they are very popular on the used machine market. TECAS also offers training there, also for older models with Siemens 840C controls.

TECAS offers not only training, but also process analyses, programs, optimizations, and even entire process chains. These then map the entire process. Starting with machine selection, tool lists, time calculations, up to the finished product which is then manufactured fully automatically.
